Spell Overload

When you cast a spell that deals damage using a spell slot, you can cause its magical energy to surge. You can treat any 1 or 2 on a damage die rolled for the spell as a 3, and creatures that took damage from the spell also have the Prone condition. Once you use this benefit, you can't do so again until you roll Initiative or finish a Long Rest or Short Rest.
