Amulet of Laughter

The amulet has a carved face with a smile on it and has three charges. If you spend a charge while wearing it and touch a creature who is charmed, the condition is removed. In addition, you can expend a charge to target a creature within 15 ft. of you and force it to make a Wisdom saving throw against your spell save DC (if you do not have one, your DC for this amulet becomes 8 + your WIS Modifier + your Proficiency Bonus). On a failed save, it bursts into laughter until the start of your next turn. This laughter does not affect the creature's regular actions, such as making an attack, but it can't say anything and can't cast spells with verbal components.
