Barbarossa's Ring

The ring has five charges, which are restored at dawn when expended. You can use an action to expend a charge and cast one of these spells: fog cloud, ice storm, control water, water walk, water breathing, cone of cold, or a spell with Barbarossa's or Piri Reis's name on it. In addition, your attacks deal additional cold damage equal to 1d8 + your Wisdom modifier. The spells use your spell save DC and spell attack bonus.
