Cunning Merchant's Hat

This hat has been carried by many famous merchants, travelers, and the like throughout many adventures at sea and has become enchanted with their will. While attuned to it, you can expend a charge before a Charisma (Persuasion) roll or a Wisdom (Insight) roll and treat the d20 as 15. The hat has three charges which are restored at dawn.
