Piri Reis's World Map

This map of the world enables you to cast teleport, the destination of which is the place you put your hands on the map, without any of the drawbacks of the spell. In addition, while attuned to the map, you can't be lost by any means, know exactly where you are, and can't roll below 15 on Wisdom (Perception) checks. If the place you choose is some sort of settlement, it teleports you to an unoccupied space close to its entrances (not inside of it). If you choose a non-settlement area (such as a forest), the map teleports you to an unoccupied space as well. Just like the teleport spell, you can choose eight people with you. The item can be used 2 times before you finish a long rest.
