This magic dagger has +1 bonus to attack and damage rolls and has three charges. On a hit, you can expend a charge to force the creature you hit to make a Constitution saving throw. On a failed save, it can't cast magic for 1 minute. However, you must concentrate on this ability as if you are concentrating on a spell. Expended charges return when you finish a long rest.
