Barbarossa's Floating Materials

You choose flat objects within range that must cover at least a 5-foot-wide and 5-foot-long space and bind them together to act as a sailing vessel; the objects must have a width of at least 3-inches, such as wooden scraps, fabric parts, metallic plaques or similar. The created objects gain a swimming speed of 60 ft. and can be controlled by you if you spend a bonus action.

If the spell ends early, the scraps do not hold together and may be scattered around depending on the current, the waves, and the current speed of the vessel.

The duration can be extended by 1 hour if you expend at least a 2nd-level spell slot.
