You choose an object within range that is between 1 to 5 pounds and choose a target. You make a ranged or melee spell attack. On a hit, the object strikes the target, and the target takes 1d6 + your spellcasting ability modifier bludgeoning damage.

This spell's damage increases by 1d6 when you reach certain levels: 5th level (2d6), 11th level (3d6), and 17th level (4d6).
