You touch a restrained undead creature and call it back to freedom. For the casting of the spell, the creature must remain within your reach and must remain restrained. When the spell is cast, the creature's soul is freed from its undead grasp. However, the spell does not revive the creature from death. The body can be revived with proper spells, if the condition is appropriate, such as its body is intact and the time period has not elapsed.
